The Exclusive / Shower House 46XCL16763CH built by Giles is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 1,140 square feet on a 76-foot frame. A kitchen along the lower wall and a dining area share the center with a washer and dryer, and the living room fills the space just to the right. The owner’s bedroom and bath take the left end, with two bedrooms sharing a bath at the right end. Venetian tub and pedestal tub choices are drawn above the plan.
